Simple and Easy home baked Biscuits  can be ready in half an hour! Preheat the oven before beginning to 450 F Biscuits are a great side bread to offer for  breakfast, snacks, lunch or dinner. Biscuit Recipe 2 Cups Flour 3/4 Tablespoon Baking Powder 3/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 Cup Margarine or Butter 3/4 Cup Milk In a Medium size bowl  Mix  Flour, Baking Powder,  Salt, then add the Margarine and cut it into the flour mixture with a fork,  until it resembles little rice size kernels. Add the milk next, into the middle of the flour mixture,  and mix gently until a small dough ball forms. Put the ball of dough onto a floured counter top  and roll carefully out until 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a knife into small squares or use a  cutter to make small circles (about 12) Place onto an ungreased baking sheet and  bake at 450 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Potato Pancakes

Potato Pancakes are a favorite for many people.  Easy to make and delicious, nice little treat at home! Potato Pancakes Recipe 1/2 Cup Flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp pepper 1 Tbsp onion (finely diced) 1 Egg 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine 1 3/4 cups of raw potatoes that have been grated after peeled 1 clove garlic In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the milk egg and butter. Stir in the potatoes, garlic and onion. Drop into a hot frying pan that has been well greased, a small spoonful Make all the spoonfuls small and fry the potato pancakes until they are  really golden brown on each side. Amazing with a little sour cream!

Spinach Veggie and Potato Spuds

Very simple but a superb veggie combo and side dish. This is an easy recipe and full of nutrition!  Take the time to make this, flavor as needed.  Add more items to the meal like bread or cheese. Ingredients 4 Potatoes, Peeled, cut and quartered 2 Tablespoons Margarine 1/2 Cup Water 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Pepper 2 Cups Spinach (fresh and washed) Cooking Instructions In a large pot, cook the potatoes in water on high heat until tender.  Add enough water to cover the potatoes.  Then Drain the Potatoes and return to pot.   Add the Margarine, Water, Salt, Pepper and mash together.  Add the Spinach to the potatoes and mix well. Heat for a few minutes on low heat if needing a reheat.
